Oh, my gosh... I hate being home all afternoon with nothing to do! So I sit here listening to my brother's crap coming from his room and he never turns it down! Ugh. And TV is so boring too because nothing interesting is ever on. At least I got to talk to my friend Angel today. He's like 20 and recently got married. I haven't talked to him in forever and he's such a crazy guy. He keeps telling me I should find someone and get married young. I was like, "Dude, I don't even know what love it yet!"

And yeah, tomorrow is my birthday party! YAY!!! I can't wait it's going to be a ton of fun.

Well today was fun! Amanda and I decided to go down to the mall just to go do something and my original plan in going was to figure out where I want to get a job at. There are three new stores coming so I'll probably be able to snag a job at one of those, but I know a lot of teens would want to work at them since it's Abercrombie, Hollister, and Aeropostle. Anyway, I wound up being in Styles for like an hour and I got a few cool new shirts, a tank top, and a cool little hoodie. Of course there were some other shirts I really wanted, but none in my size! Then I found another shirt I liked in Wet Seal, but it was on the manneken and the only other one I found of it was a small. It was so cute too! After that I went to Hot Topic and their Harry Potter shirts were $10 off so I had to buy two of course! So yeah, good day of shopping.

Oh yeah, and I got to drive today! When we were leaving to get Amanda I naturally was going to sit in the back seat when my dad says, "Wrong seat Laura." So I kinda freaked out because I haven't ever driven on city roads before. I got in the driver's seat and said, "Okay, we are so praying before I start driving!" Then I asked my dad if he could drive once we got to Amanda's, but by the time we got there I wasn't freaked out anymore. I really was enjoying myself and I drove us all the way over to the mall without damanging anything or getting pulled over! From there I drove to the other mall too.

While we were in the Visalia Mall we ran into my friend Justin Brossman twice. The second time my parents were with us because we were getting food and Justin seemed upset that I had never told my parents about him before. Then my dad goes, "Wait, aren't you the stalker?" Justin started to laugh because him and I started a joke about him stalking me because one day at school he seemed to show up everywhere behind me, even as I was walking home that day. I never remembered telling my dad about it and it turned out my dad just guessed and said that out loud. Justin was all like, "Great now I'm going to be known as Stalker Justin, instead of just Justin!" Haha, it was pretty funny. That guy is a lot of fun.

Then we met up with Chai in Borders and went over to the pool hall where Eric joined us. When we first started to play I was doing so good I got five balls in a the pockets one after another. So we started to say my broken collar bone was good luck because we figured I might not have really been able to play because of it. We were there a long time and it was a lot of fun. Justin came for like two minutes because I invited him while we were at the mall, but his brother was his ride and didn't want to stay since there wasn't a whole bunch of girls there. How boring of his brother... and geeze, there's more to life than just the opposite sex! I say Justin needs to hurry up and get his own car since he's older than me. Overall, I had a good day and I know the rest of this weekend will be fun too!

Awesome news! THANK GOD!!! So it turns out I don't have to pay that doctor bill after all. I am still going to try and get a job though because I really need to get a car for when I leave to college. Plus I need to SAVE money for college. Haha, so my life has completely turned around lately... well not 100% of the situations, but life doesn't have a huge hold on me and it's not going to bring me down. With the help of a small number of incredibly awesome friends I am getting through this. I honestly don't know what I'd do without you guys!!! Much love to all of you... and you know who you are.

Of course I'm so completely excited about finally being able to see Livi, my dearest, within the next few days. It's been much too long girl! I know my birthday party she is throwing me is going to be the best ever... and my guy friends who have a band still want to play for me since they didn't get to on my birthday. So perhaps I'll get the birthday I really wanted after all... wait strike that, not perhaps... I WILL get it!

Today I found two Christian Bale movies that I didn't have down at the pawn shop and Amanda doesn't even bother to tell me I skipped over one and that they had there on DVD. She knows it's a Christian Bale movie too since she owns it and I first watched it at her house. So now I need to go back to buy "Shaft". The ones I got today were "Swing Kids" and "Laurel Canyon" and I watched "Laurel Canyon" for the first time today. Seeing a Christian Bale movie I've never seen before, or just plain watching any of his movies, always gets me in a good mood.

After youth service tonight was so much fun. I haven't laughed so hard in forever. There's a new guy in the youth now since he's youth age and he's pretty cool. I got to know him a bit better while we were doing crazy stuff. He thought he was all sly putting Tabasco Hot Sauce in my drink when I came back from the bathroom. I knew something was immediately wrong when I got back since they refilled my drink. It was his idea, but Amanda put it the Tabasco in it. I figured it out because when I took the lid off my drink it was darker and I could see the Tabasco on the side of the cup, plus I could smell it... so I had to go get a new one. Eric was with us too and it was cool talking to him about stuff. He was the one coming up with all the crazy ideas to eat the Tabasco with jalapenos and such. We had a lot of fun, but they so got their ideas off me since I eat jalapenos by themselves. And if you are wondering where we were, it was Round Table Pizza.

School went by horribly slow, but the day was a lot of fun afterwards.

Well I went back to the DMV today and I passed my test to get my permit! Yay!!! I only missed two this time. Amanda's mom took us and afterwards we went to Olive Garden. The waiter was really cute too... but I didn't try anything. I was definately not dressed for doing all the things we went and did today. Honestly, if I would have known we were going to do all that stuff afterwards I wouldn't have dressed all lazy today with my jean skirt and sweater. Getting my permit definately has made me happy so I can FINALLY start driving!

I failed the darn permit test... but at least I registered to vote and filled out the stuff to get my state ID. I missed seven questions and I thought you were allowed to miss eight. I guess the standards changed since I was last there... three years ago. Then I get home to have my parents screaming at me about the stupid website. I get no freakin' thanks for all the dang work and hours I put into the dumb thing. So now, they want to hire a professional just because of how the search engines work! It's not my fault people pay a heck of a lot of money to get their sites on the top part of search engines. Therefore they get mad at me. I need a real job.

So, I'm just about to go out and try getting my permit. The first time I got it I missed 5 questions, but I never got the darn thing validated. Now I'm 18... it's been since I was 14 that I took a two week driver's ed. course. So let's hope I don't screw it up. I really want to start driving and my friends' parents from church offered to teach me to drive since my parents are busy. It's about time I get to start learning! Haha, let's just hope I get to pass the written test first...

Okay, I've never been with anyone over Valentine's Day so I'm used to that, but I got some horrible news today. Since I broke my collar bone I've been waiting to know how expensive my bill is going to be since I have to pay for it. I was thinking it was going to be somewhere around maybe $500, but no... I underestimated it by a whole $1000! Ugh, I have to freaking pay a $1,500 hospital bill with no freaking job! What the heck am I going to do? I could buy myself a decent car with that kind of money. I really hate how things have been going in my life lately...
